Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. During this period, you may choose to return your item for a full refund, no questions asked.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in perfect condition
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include all tags, inserts, and accessories originally received
Items that show signs of use, damage, or alterations may not be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7–15 business days after we receive the product.
How to Request a Return

- Include your order number and a brief reason for the return (optional).
- We’ll respond with clear return instructions and the return address.
- Ship your item back within 5 business days.
- You’ll receive a confirmation as soon as your refund is processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, please email us at support@elvorali.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll prioritize your request and offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
